Can I export my pet’s data?
Paid users can a detailed PDF report to give to their vet while free users are able to export a basic log. It’s your data. You can take it with you.
Do you sell or otherwise profit from my pet’s info?
No. We don’t sell your info. If you chose to share your pet’s tracking info, we will use it to help improve the accuracy of our system and ease of use for other users. For example, when you enter the nutritional info from a pet food we don’t have in our database, we’ll add it to our library so other users can quickly select it instead of keying in the nutritional info.
